How to Return an Item
1. Leave your Comments to DMG-Auto@hotmail.com
2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization along with a FedEx shipping label to get the product back to us.
3. Ship It Back: Please pack the product in the original package in the same condition that you received it.
4. Receive Refund or Replacement: Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund within 48 hours.
Before you officially return the items, you can contact us by email in advance and we will solve your problem quickly.
1. If you bought the wrong model, you can contact us and tell us the VIN number of your truck. We will resend you new brackets or step to make it fit your model. This will reduce your trouble of returning the product.
2. If the product arrives damaged, please do not return the item, contact us with pictures and we will resend a new product or refund you.
3. If you have any questions about the installation, you can also contact us and attach pictures of the installation steps. We will have a professional technician to solve your problem.
Note: Because of the large package size, when returning items for repackaging, please do not exceed the original package size (in the case that it cannot be stuffed, we allow no accessories to be returned, only pedals), otherwise we may charge you e additional oversized package surcharge.
